Day-by-Day Itinerary
Delhi to Shimla
Meet at the boarding point in Delhi near Kashmere Gate ISBT and begin the overnight journey from Delhi to Shimla by AC Volvo.
Shimla to Chitkul / Sangla
Reach Shimla, transfer to a Tempo Traveller and proceed towards Chitkul or Sangla. Stop at Kinnaur Gate, also known as Gateway of Kinnaur Valley. Travel along the Sutlej River and continue towards Chitkul, the last inhabited village before the Indo-China border. Dinner and overnight stay in Chitkul or Sangla.
Chitkul - Tabo via Khab Sangam
After breakfast, explore Chitkul Village and visit Mathi Devi Mandir. Visit Sangla for a short shopping break if time permits. Continue towards Tabo and visit Khab Sangam, where the Spiti River meets the Sutlej River. Dinner and overnight stay in Tabo.
Tabo - Dhankar Monastery - Kaza
After breakfast, visit the nearby caves at Tabo and Tabo Monastery, one of the oldest monasteries in Spiti. Continue towards Kaza via Dhankar Monastery, situated on a cliff with views of the Spiti Valley and Pin Valley. Stop at Lingti to see a frozen waterfall. Dinner and overnight stay in Kaza.
Hikkim - Komic - Langza
Visit Hikkim, home to one of the highest post offices in the world at approximately 14,567 ft. Continue to Komic Village, described in the itinerary as the worlds highest motorable village at approximately 15,000 ft. Visit Langza, known for ancient marine fossils and its Buddha statue overlooking the valley. Return to Kaza for dinner.
Key Monastery - Kibber - Chicham Bridge
After breakfast, visit Key Monastery, founded in the 11th century by Dromton. Continue to Kibber Village via Chicham Bridge, described as one of the highest bridges in Asia. Return to the stay in Kaza, with a possibility of spotting snow leopards. Dinner and overnight stay in Kaza.
Kaza - Gue Monastery - Kalpa
Begin the journey towards Kalpa. Visit Gue Monastery in Gue Village, known for a 500-year-old mummy. Visit Nako Village to see a frozen lake. Overnight stay in Kalpa.
Kalpa - Shimla - Delhi
Enjoy breakfast with views of Kalpa. Explore Kalpa and visit a nearby viewpoint mentioned in the itinerary before departing for Shimla. Reach Shimla and board the overnight bus back to Delhi.

Accommodation on a sharing basis as per itinerary. MAP meal plan including breakfast and dinner, starting from Day 1 dinner until Day 7 breakfast. Trip leader throughout the tour. Mechanical support.
