A spiritual journey to Kedarnath Dham covering Haridwar, Devprayag Sangam, Rudraprayag Sangam, Guptkashi, Gaurikund, Kedarnath Temple and local temples including Vishwanath Temple and Dhari Devi Temple.

Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 0

Departure from Delhi

Begin the journey with an overnight departure from Delhi between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Travel comfortably by AC Tempo Traveller or Bus and prepare for the spiritual Himalayan journey.

Day 1

Haridwar - Devprayag - Rudraprayag - Guptkashi

Morning arrival at Haridwar. Attend the sacred Ganga Aarti at Hari Ki Pauri if time allows. Drive through the Himalayan routes and visit Devprayag Sangam, the confluence of the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers, and Rudraprayag Sangam, the confluence of the Mandakini and Alaknanda rivers. Enjoy scenic river valleys and mountain landscapes. Reach Guptkashi by evening, check into the hotel, relax, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 2

Kedarnath Trek

Early morning breakfast followed by a drive to Sonprayag and onward travel to Gaurikund, the starting point of the trek. Start the 16-18 km trek to Kedarnath Temple. Enjoy river views, waterfalls and Himalayan scenery along the route. Trek, pony, doli or helicopter options may be available at personal cost. Reach Kedarnath by evening, check into a camp near the temple where available at extra cost, and enjoy the spiritual atmosphere. Overnight stay in Kedarnath.

Day 3

Kedarnath Darshan and Return Trek

Early morning Darshan at Kedarnath Temple and experience the spiritual energy of one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Optional visit to Bhairavnath Temple on a short hike. After Darshan, begin the trek down to Gaurikund and drive back to Guptkashi. Check into the hotel, freshen up, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 4

Local Sightseeing and Return Journey

Have breakfast at the hotel and check out. Visit Vishwanath Temple in Guptkashi, an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, and Dhari Devi Temple. Begin the return journey to Delhi while enjoying scenic river views and mountain backdrops. Overnight journey.

Day 5

Arrival in Delhi

Reach Delhi early in the morning. The trip concludes with unforgettable memories and divine blessings.

  • Airfare costs. Meals other than those specified in the program. Claims due to natural calamities or medical emergencies. Personal expenses such as tips, laundry, liquor and medication. Expenses during transport or road journey. Porters or mules for personal luggage. Personal gear such as jackets, gaiters, trekking shoes, poles and rain gear not provided.
